Interlibrary Loan

We have a lot of books and DVDs on our shelves, close to 10,000 or more, but we may not always have what you are looking for.
With the help of SILO and IA Shares, we can locate many books in a nearby library and will have the book delivered to our own circulation desk and ready for you to check out in a very short space of time.
It's a modern-day version of the old fashioned Interlibrary Loan program, updated to include short request and delivery times, in most cases a matter of days or a couple of weeks, and books are usually renewable upon request.
To use the SILO/IA Shares service, simply stop in at the library or give us a call or email contact and let us know the title and author if possible, plus any other important information, such as Large Print, Audio Book, DVD, etc. and we will put the request in for you.
