Library Card

While we are not currently set up for online library card applications, we can easily accept your application at our circulation desk at any time.
There is no cost involved in obtaining a library card.
Children may check out books under their parent or guardian's card with permission, or receive their own cards with their parent or guardian's signature on the card application.
If you are unable to come to the library, just give us a phone call, and we can complete most applications with you over the phone (712-468-2311).
